Reaching the Rural Unreached

Natalie Arauco served for ten years in the rural mountains of Guatemala, teaching English and discipling at-risk youth through education and the gospel. During her time there, she trained young believers to study Scripture, lead small groups, and share their faith with others. Many of these brothers and sisters continue discipling their communities today, carrying on the ministry long after her departure.

God has now called Natalie to a new field in the Mixteca Alta. This region of Oaxaca, Mexico is one of the most unreached indigenous areas in the country. Natalie serves with a team of local Mexican missionaries, using her experience in education, youth discipleship, and cross-cultural ministry to build trust, teach, and share the hope of Christ in mountain villages where the gospel has rarely been heard.

Natalie is reaching the rural unreached of the Mixteca, planting gospel seeds in isolated communities, helping young believers grow in their faith, and walking with families who need the transforming love of Jesus. Her desire is to equip new believers who will one day lead their own people to Christ.
