Comunicando Vida Nat’l Worker

Comunicando Vida is a ministry founded in 2017 by survivors of abuse and trauma who found healing through the gospel of Jesus Christ. With the motto “Seeking Truth, Finding Freedom,” our mission is to help others experience true freedom, peace, and abundant life in Christ by addressing the emotional and spiritual consequences of trauma through biblical truth.

We provide counseling, discipleship, follow-up, and training through local churches, Christian centers, and missionary organizations. Our workshops and conferences tackle difficult yet vital issues like sexual abuse, pornography addiction, sexual disorders, and OCD—always from a Christ-centered perspective.

Many who have found healing through Comunicando Vida are now actively involved in helping others. One of those is Ana Laura. Through counseling, she began confronting and healing from past abuse. She experienced profound transformation and freedom as she brought her pain to the cross and reconciled with God.

Motivated by her own healing, Ana Laura became a volunteer and later joined the ministry part-time—though her commitment is nearly full-time. She now serves as a counselor, walking with many clients through their own healing journeys. She also co-leads workshops and helps train church leaders and pastors to better support people facing trauma and addiction.

Ana Laura’s story is one of many testifying to the life-changing work of Comunicando Vida. To continue supporting her and expanding the ministry’s reach, Avant is seeking to raise $18,300 annually.
